That kind of thing can't possibly be good for your body, can it?
Literal
Such thing, body [for-にとって] good [surely not-はずがない][isn't it-じゃありませんか].
Strongly rhetorical register. そんなの 'such a thing, that sort of thing' is a casual dismissive topic. ~にとって 'for (the perspective of)' marks the point of view from which the judgment is made — 'good for your body.' いいはずがない 'can't possibly be good' combines the adjective いい with the ~はずがない 'can't possibly be' construction, expressing strong confidence that X is not the case. じゃありませんか 'isn't it?' is a tag-question form seeking agreement. All together: 'that can't possibly be good, right?'
