死ね is the bare imperative of 死ぬ 'to die' — as blunt and aggressive as it gets. The imperative form (命令形) is used here as a direct, hostile command. In real life, this is an extremely harsh insult; in fiction (manga, anime, games), it appears constantly in battle scenes. One of the shortest possible Japanese sentences.
