→」

I'd like to set up a sign that says something like 'Route →' — what would it look like in English?

Literal

'Route→' [like-といった] feeling [possessive-の] sign [object-を] want-to-install [quotative-と] think [explanatory-んです][but-けど], this [object-を] English [in-で] make-[when-と] how become [wonder-でしょうか]?

順路 'prescribed route/course' — the standard word on directional signs in museums, exhibitions, etc. といったかんじ 'something along the lines of' is a casual hedging expression. ~を英語で作ると 'if you make it in English' uses the natural-consequence と conditional. でしょうか is a polite wondering question.
