Does she work in the kitchen?
Literal
She [topic-は] kitchen [at-で] will-work [question-か]?
A simple polite question. 働く ('to work') here in the polite ~ます form 働きます; the question particle か turns it into an interrogative. The location-of-activity で marks the kitchen as where the working happens. Note the non-past form covers both 'does she work' (habitual) and 'will she work' (future) — Japanese makes no distinction between present-habitual and future tense.
