Since she has a large income, she can go to Paris every year.

Literal

She [topic-は] income [subject-が] much exists [because-ので] every-year Paris [to-に] go [nominalizer-こと] [subject-が] can-do.

~ので (because) provides the reason — her large income enables the travel. 収入がたくさんある uses たくさん (a lot) with ある to describe having abundant income. ことが出来る is the formal potential construction, slightly stiff compared to 行ける. 毎年 (every year) establishes the frequency. The kanji 出来る for できる is an older written convention; modern usage prefers hiragana.
