She bought me a little toy.
Literal
She [topic-は] me [to-に] small toy [object-を] bought [for me-てくれた].
~てくれる on 買う ('buy') is the standard way to express 'someone bought it for me' — in Japanese the gratitude is grammaticalized into the verb form rather than added with a separate 'for me.' Without ~てくれる, 彼女が小さいおもちゃを買った would just describe a buying event with no implied beneficiary. おもちゃ is everyday kana for toys; the kanji 玩具 also exists but is less common in casual writing.
