She asked me who I thought would win the tournament.
Literal
She [topic-は] me [to-に], who [subject-が] tournament [at-で] win [quotative-と] think [question-か], [quotative-と] asked.
A multi-layered embedded question. Inside the quote: 誰がトーナメントで勝つと思うか — 'who do you think will win the tournament?' The 思うか takes the embedded prediction (誰がトーナメントで勝つ + と) as its content. Notice the double と — first the quotative inside the embedded thought ('think that X'), then a second one outside marking the whole quoted question for 尋ねる. トーナメント is a katakana loanword (from English) for tournament; native equivalents like 大会 are also widely used.
