The interesting bit is 劣らぬくらい賢明 — 'sensible to a degree that does not fall behind.' The classical/literary negative ~ぬ on 劣る gives the line a bookish, slightly aphoristic feel; the modern 劣らないくらい would mean the same thing in plain prose. The に of 劣る's expected target (劣らぬ用意 'preparation no less than...') is left implicit because the comparison is already established by context. くらい/ぐらい here marks degree — '(sensible) to the extent of not falling behind.' The clause-final が ('but') sets up a contrastive equation rather than a real concession: the speaker says she's smart but immediately equates the listener to her.
