Two things to flag. 帰宅 ('returning home') is a Sino-Japanese compound — 帰 ('return') + 宅 ('residence') — used as a noun here ('the homeward journey'). Suffix-style 途中 ('on the way, mid-X') attaches via の to give 'on the way home.' The verb 奪う ('to snatch, to rob') in the passive 奪われる constructs an interesting kind of victim-passive: 彼女は marks her as the topic and the affected party, while を marks 金 as what was taken from her. Possession-passive constructions like this are common in Japanese — the equivalent in English is the more cumbersome 'had her money taken.'
