ロハ is slang for 'free of charge' — an old bit of code-word Japanese where 只 (ただ, 'free') was written with the components 口 (ロ) and 八 (ハ), read as katakana ロハ. It's dated/retro slang, still recognizable but rarely used. Modern equivalents are ただ or 無料.
