A more explicit and slightly formal 'me too' than the bare 私もだ. The また adds 'also/too' on top of も, doubling the additive emphasis — 'I, also/too, am the same.' そうだ here is anaphoric — referring back to the state of 'liking jazz' established in the first clause. Common in writing or speech that wants to mark the parallel cleanly without leaving anything to ellipsis.
