Casual exasperated speech. 真隣 'right next to' uses the 真~ intensifier ('true, right-exact'). てゆーか is a very casual spoken contraction of というか ('or rather, I mean') — often used mid-thought to revise. ~しか~ない is the 'only X, nothing but X' pattern. The final ぞ with a question mark is an expressive, rhetorical 'you know?' — 'ぞ' being masculine but here used rhetorically.
