Let's pop out for a little walk just around there.

Literal

Just there-until walk [to-に] go-[volitional-よう].

ちょっとそこまで (literally 'just as far as there') is a set phrase for 'just a quick step out / just to somewhere nearby,' often used dismissively when explaining a brief errand or outing. 散歩に出る '(to) go out for a walk' uses the に-of-purpose. The volitional 出よう 'let's go out' makes it an invitation to self or another.
