'Police. Would you mind coming down to the station with us?' 'Wh-why?' 'You were firing guns in the middle of town — how could that not be a crime?!'

Literal

''Police is. A-bit station-until come-[ask-てもらう]-[volitional-おうか]'' ''Wh-why?'' ''Such town-in [with-で] gun-fighting [object-を] doing, crime [locative-に] not-become reason not-exist [won't-だろうが]''

Detective-drama dialogue. 署 (しょ) short for 警察署 ('police station') is standard cop-lingo. ~てもらおうか is the volitional-interrogative of the ~てもらう receiving form — literally 'shall I have you do it?', functionally 'I'm going to make you do it' with politeness veneer. ドンパチ is onomatopoeia imitating gunfire (ドン = boom, パチ = crack), functioning here as a noun 'gunfight, firefight'. ~わけないだろうが is the emphatic negation: 'there's no way X, (right)?!'
