Would you like to come to our place next week?

Literal

Next-week [topic-は] home [to-へ] honorific-come-not-[question-か]?

うち ('home / our place') refers to the speaker's household. いらしゃる is a contracted form of いらっしゃる, the honorific for 来る/行く/いる. Common in casual polite speech. ~ませんか is the invitation question form. Note that いらしゃる has a small tsu that's been dropped here — a very colloquial shortening.
