Take the one you want.

Literal

Want [attributive-の] one [object-を] take-[imperative].

欲しいほう ('the one you want,' literally 'the desired side'). ほう ('side / direction / one of two or more') is used for picking from alternatives. 獲れ is the plain imperative of 獲る ('to take / catch') — an older/harder kanji than 取る, often used for hunting/catching wild things. Stylized, abrupt command.
