Can I go out to play?
Literal
Play-[purpose-に] go-[permission-てもいい]?
A child asking permission, or an adult asking playfully. The ~てもいい ('is it okay to X') permission form is the workhorse of Japanese permission-seeking. Note the absent question marker — just rising intonation on the ~ていい converts it to a question. Minimal, natural casual speech.
