Men really do love a sensual woman.

Literal

Men [topic-は] sensual [adjectival-な] women [subject-が] love [explanatory-なの] is.

A short opinion delivered as an explanation. Two structural points to notice: (1) the subject of 大好き is marked with が, not を, because 大好き is a な-adjective of preference, not a verb — like 好き, 嫌い, 上手 and 下手, it takes が for its object-like argument. This is a classic early-learner stumbling block. (2) なのです (here contracted to なのです) is the explanatory ending for な-adjectives and nouns — [な-adj/noun] + な + のです — as opposed to plain verbs, which take just のです. The なの marks the adjective as the thing being explained.
