A compact romantic scene. 抱き寄せる is a compound verb: 抱く ('embrace') + 寄せる ('draw close, bring near') = 'to draw into an embrace,' 'to pull close in one's arms.' The 連用形 form 抱き寄せて chains this to the next clause. 口付け is a slightly literary/old-fashioned word for 'kiss,' more evocative and romantic than the loanword キス — 口 (mouth) + 付け (attaching) = 'attaching mouths.'
