Yutaka has two older brothers.
Literal
Yutaka [dat-に-は] older-brother [subject-が] two-people are
The 'have X' existential pattern: [person]には + [thing]がある/いる. Literally 'to Yutaka, there exist two older brothers' = 'Yutaka has two older brothers'. いる (for animate subjects) rather than ある. Note Japanese distinguishes 兄 (older brother) from 弟 (younger brother) — there's no single word for 'brother'.
