Right, clear... Left, clear... All right. Good.
Literal
Right good~, left good~..., good. Safe.
A driving/safety-check internal monologue. 右よ~し, 左よ~し is a standard safety-check formula used by drivers, train conductors, traffic controllers, and others to verbalize checking in each direction. The elongated よ~し is よし ('good, OK') stretched to show the action of looking and confirming. This is called 指差呼称 (しさこしょう) — 'pointing-and-calling' — a Japanese safety practice where workers point at what they're checking and say it aloud, reducing error rates. 大丈夫 ('OK, safe, all right') closes the check with the verdict. A very procedure-specific vignette.
