A complex sentence with multiple embedded clauses. いろいろ考えてみると ('when I try thinking about various things') combines ~てみる (try doing) with the conditional と. 私の主観ですが is a hedging insertion — 'this is my subjective view, but.' どれだけ気持ちがこめられているか is an indirect question: 'how much feeling is being put in.' The か turns it into a noun clause, and で after it means 'depending on / by means of that factor.' 価値がかわってくる uses ~てくる to signal a gradual emerging change.
