The first is the customer's statement, the second is probably the clerk's question — お考え is a sonkeigo (honorific) form of 考え ('thought, idea'), applied to the listener to elevate them. お考えですか = 'do you have [any] thoughts?' 捜す is a less common kanji for 探す, sometimes preferred for seeking people or intangible things; both are pronounced さがす.
