Could I have a word with you for a moment?

Literal

A-bit face [object-を] lend [request-くれませんか]?

顔を貸す (かおをかす, 'to lend one's face' = 'to grant someone a moment of your time') is an idiom for asking someone to step aside for a private conversation. ちょっと ('a bit') softens the request. ~てくれませんか is the negative-question request form — 'won't you do X for me?' — which is more polite than ~てください because it gives the listener room to refuse. The phrase can have serious undertones depending on context (a boss wanting a private word, or even a confrontational invitation).
