Could you use indelible ink so the text doesn't fade?
Literal
Text [subject-が] disappear-not [purpose-ように], disappear-not ink [object-を] use could-you?
Two uses of 消えない — once in the purpose clause (文句が消えないように, 'so the text doesn't fade') and once modifying インク (消えないインク, 'ink that doesn't fade'). ~てくれませんか is a polite request form, literally 'won't you do X for me?'
