A figurative pattern '第二の[famous person/place]' = 'a second X, a new X, the next X.' Used to predict or flatter that someone (or something) will rival or echo a famous predecessor: 第二のモーツァルト ('a second Mozart'), 第二の故郷 ('a second home').
