~でも~でも (either/or, whatever)

The pattern [X]でも[Y]でも, meaning 'whether X or Y / both X and Y / either way / regardless' — listing alternatives to express that any (or all) of them apply. Often paired with an imperative or dismissive verb to express indifference to which option prevails: 矢でも鉄砲でも来い ('arrows or guns, bring them on'), 野菜でも肉でも (whether vegetables or meat), 日本でもアメリカでも有名だ ('famous in both Japan and America').
