具合がいい (feeling well, in good shape)

The collocation 具合がいい (or 具合がよい) — 'to be feeling well, in good condition' — the positive counterpart to 具合が悪い ('feeling unwell'). 具合 ('condition, state') applies both to bodies (health) and to machines (working order).
