The pattern ~はもちろん, 'X goes without saying / not to mention X / of course X.' Topicalizes an obvious base case before adding a further item, typically with も in the second clause — XはもちろんY(も), 'not only X but also Y.' Conversational counterpart to the more bookish ~は言うまでもなく.
