行っている (has gone, is there)

The resulting-state ~ている applied to verbs of motion: 行っている ('has gone, is there now'), 帰っている ('has gone home, is at home now'), 来ている ('has come, is here'). Reads as the persistent state after the motion completed, not as ongoing motion.
