自身 (reflexive)

A reflexive marker attached to a noun: [noun]自身 = 'X itself,' 'X themselves,' 'X in person.' 私自身 ('I myself'), 母自身 ('mother herself'), 彼自身 ('he himself'), 自分自身 ('oneself,' doubly emphatic), 会社自身 ('the company itself'). Slightly more emphatic and formal than bare 自分.
