~きり (only)

The limiter きり, attaching to nouns or numbers to mean 'only / nothing but / just'. Functionally close to だけ but often charged with emotional nuance — emphasizing isolation, finality, or restriction. Common combinations include 二人きり (just the two of them) and これっきり (only this much / this is the last).
