きっての (the most X in a group)

The superlative suffix きっての (切っての), meaning 'the foremost / the most X in [a group].' Attached to a scope noun: 省内きっての ('the most in the ministry'), 学校きっての ('the most in the school'). Literary and somewhat old-fashioned but still used.
