~くらいの (to the extent of / about)

The pattern Xくらいの + noun. Two related senses: (1) approximate degree/size/amount — 三人くらいの人 ('about three people'), 同じくらいの背 ('about the same height'); (2) extent or degree such that the clause holds — 死ぬくらいの痛み ('pain of the extent that one would die'). Attributive form of the degree marker くらい/ぐらい.
