~なければ (elliptical 'must')

The casual ellipsis where ~なければ trails off without its completing part (ならない/いけない). The full pattern is ~なければならない / ~なければいけない ('must'); in speech, dropping the tail and letting the listener fill it in is extremely common — adds urgency and naturalness.
