にでも (or to / even to)

The composite particle にでも (に+でも), stacking the dative/locative に with でも ('even, or something'). Two main uses: a softening/vague suggestion 'to X or somewhere' (公園にでも行こうか 'shall we go to the park or somewhere?') and an emphatic 'even to X' (誰にでも分かる 'anyone at all can understand it').
