にも~にも~ない (neither X nor Y)

The pattern [X]にも[Y]にも~ない, exhaustively negating a list of locations or targets — 'not at X, not at Y.' Each member is a に-marked location with the inclusive も; the negative predicate at the end takes scope over both.
