~を手伝う (help with)

The verb 手伝う ('help, assist') takes the activity being helped as its direct object with を — 仕事を手伝う ('help with work'), 引っ越しを手伝う ('help with the move'), 料理を手伝う ('help with cooking'). The person being helped takes の or の~を when also mentioned: 彼の引っ越しを手伝う ('help him with the move').
