流暢に (fluently)

The adverbial form of the な-adjective 流暢 ('fluent, smooth-flowing'), used to modify verbs of speech: 流暢に話す ('speak fluently'). Frames language ability as a quality of the speech itself rather than a skill of the speaker (compare with 上手 'good at').
