~てはどうですか (how about doing)

The suggestion frame [verb te-form] + は + どうですか / どうか / どうだろう, meaning 'how about X? / how would it be if you did X?' Soft proposal — literally 'as for doing X, how is it?' The polite form ~てはどうですか is conversational; ~てはどうか is plain (often embedded in indirect suggestion: ~てはどうかと提案する 'suggest X').
