うまい vs 上手 (skillful: feel)

Both うまい and 上手 mean 'skilled, good at,' but うまい is more casual and colloquial (also doubles as 'tasty'), while 上手 is the more standard, neutral term for skill. うまい sounds more impressed; 上手 more measured.
