~酔い (motion sickness suffix)

The suffix ~酔い (yoi) attached to a vehicle name to mean 'sickness from that vehicle': 船酔い (seasickness), 車酔い (carsickness), 飛行機酔い (airsickness). The same 酔い covers 二日酔い (hangover, 'two-day intoxication').
