~ように思える / ~ように思う / ~ように思われる (it seems)

The pattern [adj/clause]+ように plus 思える ('seems'), 思う ('think'), or 思われる (spontaneous/passive of 思う), used for tentative impressions or judgements: 'it seems like X / one feels that X / have the impression that X.'
