関係がある / ない (to be related)

The fixed collocation for expressing 'to be related / to have to do with.' Japanese uses an existence predicate (がある/がない) where English uses 'have.' Negative form 関係がない is the everyday way to say 'it doesn't matter / has nothing to do with it.'
