お断り (polite refusal)

The polite refusal noun お断り — 断る ('to refuse') with the honorific お- prefix. Used on signs and notices to indicate that a category of person, item, or behavior is not permitted: ~お断り ('no X allowed'). Also in polite speech: お断りします.
