stacked auxiliaries (causative + benefactive)

The stacking of causative (~せる/~させる) plus benefactive (~てくれる/~てくれた), as in 楽しませてくれた ('kindly made us enjoy'). Combining the morphology in a fixed order is a standard way to mark caused-experiences done as a favor.
