~てくれない(?) (negative/request)

The negative form of ~てくれる, expressing that someone won't do something for the speaker — often with a tone of grievance, complaint, or hurt: 'they won't even X for me.' As a question with rising intonation (~てくれない? / ~てくれないか), it functions as a soft request 'could you/won't you do X for me?' — softer than ~てください, doesn't presume the favor will be granted.
