The discourse marker ~というか, 'or rather / I mean / actually / well, more like'. Used mid-utterance to self-correct, refine, or reframe what was just said. Very common in casual speech and internal monologue. Contracts to っていうか (also spelled ってゆーか) in casual register, further to ってか or つーか in very casual or rough/masculine speech — all carry the same discourse function.
