~時 (at the time of, formal)

The suffix ~時 (じ) attached to a noun or verbal noun to form 'at the time of X,' 'during X.' Productive in technical writing: 異常時 (in case of abnormality), 緊急時 (in an emergency), 使用時 (during use).
