~回 (counter for occurrences)

The counter ~回 (read かい) used for instances, occurrences, or repetitions of an action — 1回 ('once'), 2回 ('twice'), 6回 ('six times'), 何回も ('many times'). Functions as an adverbial number expression. One of the most common counters in everyday Japanese.
